Nadine discovers elements of both delicacy and strength within glass, mirroring various aspects of her own female journey. Her fascination with glass aligns with Linda Nochlin's notion of women as murcurial beings, with glass embodying fluidity. As a medium glass holds pure colour, allowing an exploration of the concept of colour as an expression of femininity in its most vibrant and unadultarated form.
